I'm sitting here sort of speechless about what to say about this little guy, not because I don't have anything to say, but because I have so much. I feel incredibly honored to have gotten to know Aidan and his mama these last 8 months. T is such a kind, caring, and loving mother whom I admire so tremendously for her never ending devotion to her baby boy, her generosity with her friendship, and her peace with life and the challenges it brings. And my life has been enriched by this sweet little boy you see. He has so much affection for life, for his mom and dad, and for people in general. When Aidan smiles at you you feel you've literally seen and been blessed by an angel from heaven. There's just something about his smile that reaches to your core, you feel it in your heart. And then when he crawls to you and grabs your pant leg to be picked up - your knees get weak knowing that right now he wants your attention, just you.
.
Happy Birthday Aidan! Thank you, T, for letting me be a part of yours and Aidan's life, and for letting me record these very special times.
