Little Man Marshall

This little man and his mama are very very special to me. Mama was my college roommate and has been a good friend ever since. She's an amazing mom, even though she doesn't realize it. I don't know if she notices how Marshall gazes at her with such love in his eyes. When I'm with them he only has eyes for her. He's such a happy baby, so S. you are doing something right girl!!

This is a fun one of the "Belcher" family... Thankfully these were taken at the end of the session and not the beginning! Individual photos of the gorgeous daughters are below. I loved processing these pictures, the girls are just beautiful!!

Girls Rule!!!

Check out this awesome family of seven - six of them girls!! This mom and dad have 5 daughters, isn't that awesome?! As a mom of two girls myself I'm all over that. I wish I would have had more time to photograph the girls, they were so fun! I learned about how volleyball is played this day and age from K. who hopes to play volleyball in college and whom I should hire to decorate my bedroom. A. didn't have a lot to say but I get the feeling she is a strong, confident soul. G. is a book worm, I can totally relate to that! E. seemed quiet and shy at first but I get the feeling she's not so quiet and shy at home :). C. is one spunky 3 year old mixing it up with her big sisters. And every single one of those big sisters looked after and cared for her some way during the session, she's got it made for life. They all do.

July 4th fun!! These were taken at my dad's house for our annual 4th of July. The kids played for hours in the hose and on the homemade slip n slide. We camped out this year, too; it was awesome!! Looking forward to many July 4ths to come.

Character

I'm going to sound like a broken record but I really enjoyed the time I spent with these kids. They had SO much personality, so much character. I felt like a kid again around them, I wanted to join in their play and imagination. I hope I get to photograph them again some day!

Fun family

These kids were so much fun! The little girl reminded me of my 3 year old daughter - lots to say and not afraid to say it! The boys all had such different personalities, from calm and cool (B) to march to the beat of his own drum (R). Come back later for images of the kids individually.
